The Silver Planning Package is for the bride and groom that have completed all or most of the arrangements, preparation, booking of vendors, and scheduling on their own, but need assistance in executing their vision on their wedding day.
Let us help make your big day sparkle by coordinating the day-of activities no wedding couple wants to manage themselves. What makes our day-of coordination unique is that we start working with you as soon as we are contracted. We will spend the time learning about every detail of your vision to ensure a smooth, fun, yet structured wedding. We will send you a comprehensive timeline questionnaire as well as review all your booked vendor contracts, contact your vendors to introduce ourselves, ask pertinent questions and confirm all the important details. We will create a detailed wedding day timeline that starts from the morning activities and ends with the last song of the night! And, the best part is that we love to get our timelines done months in advance which helps get everyone on the same page and helps alleviate most of the wedding planning pressure most couples feel.

Unlimited communication from day one.
Review of all vendor contracts as well as confirm details with contracted vendors. Please note that Blissful Occasions will not re-negotiate any vendor contracts throughout the planning process.
Act as the primary liaison with all contracted vendors.
Detailed timeline questionnaire to better help us understand the details and vision of your big day and creation of a detailed wedding day timeline – typically created months in advance!
Distribution of wedding day timeline to all vendors.
Assistance in creating a layout and floor plan for the wedding.
Coordinate ceremony rehearsal. For weddings with more than 70 guests.
Arrange for personal flowers to be delivered to a hotel or location where the bridal party is getting ready.
Greet vendors upon their arrival to set and answer any questions.
Meet with banquet captain to review details on the timeline as well as confirm any special needs in regards to food restrictions and allergies.
Set up of basic personal ceremony and reception items.
Ensure that both the ceremony site and reception room is set up to the expectations of the bride and groom.
Confirm the music that musicians will play during the ceremony and reception as well as start times for each piece of music. Determine what hand signals will be used to cue musicians and/or DJ.
Line up the bridal party for all event entrances and assist DJ or musicians by queuing specified milestone music.
Assist in post-ceremony photo coordination in partnership with the photographer(s).
Assist guests in finding their tables.
Assist in the proper signage of the marriage license.
Cue band/DJ, Photographer, Videographer, and the couple when important events take place during the reception.
Prevent and fix any hiccups that may arise during the wedding.
Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening. No negation in the terms of vendor contracts will be handled by Blissful Occasions.
Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony, and reception items and have them placed in a family member’s car at the end of the night.
Note: Day of Coordination includes eight hours of coordination on the day of the wedding. Additional hours can be purchased for an additional fee.
gold: planning & design
The Gold Planning & Design Package is for the couple who would like the comprehensive coordination from the Silver Planning Package plus assistance with vendor recommendations, what to look for in a vendor and what questions to ask, design and style assistance, trends, hints to stretch their budget, and much more!
This package is perfect for you if you’d like to be involved in the planning process, but want the guidance and companionship of a seasoned professional throughout your planning journey. Blissful Occasions will sit down with you and any other friends, Maid of Honor, or mothers for up to three hours over brunch, lunch, or dinner to talk about everything wedding. We will go question by question over our detailed timeline questionnaire, talk through each vendor and what to look for in said vendor as well as provide invaluable hints and red flags when it comes to finding vendors.
The best part of this package is that you will receive a detailed bullet point list of everything we discussed, a road map to help you plan your perfect wedding, as well as vendor recommendations. We will also provide e-mail introductions to our amazing vendors and secure rental quotes for your big day and any vendor love discounts we get, are passed onto you! Lean on our many years of experience, wisdom, and reputation in the wedding industry and our fabulous relationships with amazing quality vendors.
